- The next sections are for your contact information. I track your information so I can acknowledge those who support my business.
- The comments section is reserved for your actual referral. Please provide the prospect's name, contact information and as much detail about their goals and background as you can remember. Finally, be sure to note if it is ok to mention that you referred me to the prospect or if you prefer to remain anonymous.
- Finally, click the "Submit Feedback" button and your referral will be sent.
